For a hidden DVD credits and a merchandise catalogue, simply follow these instructions...

Insert the first disc of the set and highlight the ‘Special’ menu option. Next, press up on your remote to highlight a smiley face. Press enter to view the DVD credits menu.

Another egg can be found on the second disc. From the main menu, go to the 'Advertising' menu and there press your remote control's down key three times. A smiley face will appear underneath the 'Promotional Gallery ' entry. Next, press enter to be taken to a section showcasing some of the official 'Fight Club' merchandise.

I think it's extremely important to plug merchandise for a film that's a critique on the hollow nature of consumerism. Oh and also they should make a video game of it.

The first one has me confused. DVDs usually have the DVD credits on the Set-Up page. It hardly sounds like a special feature.
