Insert the disc and head to the 'Special Features' menu. Next, select the 'Gag Reel' menu entry and press right on your remote to highlight the Gremlin's hand. Now press enter to view the alternate, home video version of the 'Technical Difficulties' scene, as was present on VHS versions of the film.
