The region two release of Open Water contains a great hidden extra...
Insert the disc and wait for the menu to appear. Select 'Go Deeper' option and press enter on your remote to access the extras menu. Wait for about ten seconds and a diver’s knife will fall down the left hand side of the screen. Select this and press enter to access the audio commentary in a split screen format, with the film on the right and the cast and crew chatting on the left.

I would try this out... but I don't plan on ever seeing Open Water again. It was fabulous (9/10), and was one of the best thrillers of 2004, but I've heard it's terrible on a reapeat viewng.
