To listen to a third, hidden commentary track, just follow these steps:

Insert disc one and go to the 'Special Features' menu. From this menu, click on the 'Commentaries' option. You will now be presented with the main commentaries screen. Press right on your remote control to highlight a hidden monkey symbol. Press enter to access the hidden commentary, which is provided by some of the chimps who starred in the movie!
