Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith (US - DVD R1)
Click here for details of a hidden scene involving Yoda and alternate DVD menus
Insert disc one of the set and wait for the main menu to appear. Next, highlight the 'Options' menu and press enter on your remote. Now enter 1 1 3 8 using your remote control. With some players you may have to press enter after each digit, and on others (such as Pioneer models) you will need to press the 10+ key, followed by 1 3 8. Like the Episode I and II DVDs before it, this will reveal a hidden feature. However, unlike the previous DVDs it is not a blooper reel, but a short scene with a rapping Yoda.

To access the three distinct menus schemes, simply press 1, 2 or 3 on your remote during the copyright warnings as the disc loads. You need to press 1 for Coruscant, 2 for Utapau and 3 for Mustafar.

Disc two also contains an exciting 'egg'. If you watch 'The Chosen One' documentary carefully, you will see that the puppet Yoda from The Phantom Menace has been replaced by the digital Yoda from the other prequels! Do I smell a re-release?

Excellent.
Bob, that has to be THE best pic of Kirsten Dunst I have ever seen. Very lovely
I will have to sit down and check out this easter egg a long with the ones on Ep1 and 2.

For a Sony player... I think you have to use 11-enter 3-enter 8-enter. try combos of numbers like that... I got it to work for the other DVDs but I can't remember the details.
I have an older pioneer dvd player without the 10+ button and I still cant get this to work, actually I have a total of 3 dvd players in my home and this doesn't work on any of them.
Does anyone know how to get this to work with a Sony DVD player? I don’t have a 10+ button on mine, and when I try to enter 1138 normally it ends up just being 38 because once I hit 3, it erases the first 1 and so on. And when I try doing 1 enter 1 enter 3 enter 8 enter, it just highlights the THX optimizer option but that’s all that happens.
I hope there will be a re-release with all six films. Take points from Peter Jackson and produce them like the LOTR Extended Editions, like a 20-disc Saga box set!
Cant see it!!
I have a Pioneer with a >10 button etc. but I have never been able to access the easter eggs. Any ideas? Whenever I press the 8 it selects amin menu
I noticed the new CG Yoda and the first thought I had was "re-release"... the man has no shame.
But it does look better than the puppet!

Excellent...
I have heard about this easter egg, but until now I did not know how to find it. It sounds pretty funny. Nor did I know that there were blooper reels on the Episodes I and II dvds either. I will have to check that out. I did notice the cgi Yoda during "The Chosen One" documentary. It wouldn't surprise me any if that were to be re-released. If the picture has been improved I may even buy it as well.
