To view a deleted scene do the following :

1.)From the main menu select Sneak Peeks.
2.)Select Miramax Movies To Remember.
3.)Move to the top right corner of the scroll surrounding the menu a sparkle will appear
4.)Pressing enter on the sparkle will bring up a deleted scene with Wayne, Fran, and Scott.
