Insert disc eight of the collection into your player and wait for the main menu to appear. Next, select the green arrow on the bottom right hand side of the screen and press enter on your remote.

You will now find yourself on the DVD Credits page. If you press right on your remote it should highlight the rectangular box next to the green arrow. Now press enter on your remote.

You'll find yourself looking at a page of Matrix code. Hidden within this code are seven featurettes. Just use your remote to move around the page until you've found them all! You'll know when you've successfully selected one, as the code will appear brighter than the rest.
