I enjoyed it a lot. Very claustrophobic and just all around unsettling. Infinitely better the the most recent rash of horror movies that substitute extreme gore for genuine scares.

1408 is definitely one of the best horror flick I've watched in a while.  I feel it is Stephen King best adaptations in years ... I would even say it's by far his best adaptations since The Shinning.

I loved this movie and imported the region 1 2 disc set (which at the time was far cheaper than the region 2)
