What about it?  Obviously it depends where you're sending the audio feed to.  If you're sending it to a TV, it'll  sound pretty much the same on a regular TV as it would on a high def TV.

If you've spent tons of money on a badass surround setup, it'll sound great!  Anyway, Nic only asked about the picture quality.
Yes but what about the audio quality ?
I reckon it'll probably look the same as a decent regular DVD.  The screen resolution will be the same but the quality depends on the title - if the studio have cleaned up the picture especially for the Blu-Ray release then it should be better than previous releases of the title.
I'd say no.  You are watching through the same connections that you watch DVD and the quality will be about the same.  It may even be worse due to down conversion of the native material.
A very stupid question (or maybe not, we'll see)
Will I notice the difference in picture quality when watching a blu-ray movie on a regular TV?
I know it won't be the whole full la-de-da HD experiance (I'm not *that* stupid) and I know it seems a waste watching it on an old skool TV, but it's only temporaryryryryry
