And Now For A Bit Of Shameless Self-Promotion... Just wanted to let those in and around the southwestern area of Ohio know about the following event taking place this Halloween weekend with Dayton Ohio's horror host legend, Dr. Creep:

Horrorama 2005
Now in it's 9th year, Horrorama is Dr. Creep's annual horror movie festival that raises money for Project Smiles, his charity that provides toys for needy families and children during the holiday season. We will also be accepting donations of toys for Project Smiles during the event. There are door prizes, a costume contest and other fun events with lots of goodies to win.

This year we will be showing the Hammer classic Vampire Circus, Clive Barker's Hellraiser, the exploitation thriller The Candy Snatchers, and a personal favorite or mine, Dan O'Bannon's The Return Of The Living Dead all in their 35mm glory up on the big screen. The event is always a lot of fun and guaranteed to be the best time you will have in a movie theatre all year long.

Sheesh.  I wish someone would have something like that close to me.  Southwest Ohio has to be at least 14 hours away!

It sounds fun but I'm not asking my dad to drive two days and ten hours for that.

There is no way you could drive to Ohio in 8 hours Johnny. I might be able to if I drove really fast.
