Nic it is yes but it is different this time

It includes different extras Happy Happy
Commentaries to begin with. Not all the extras have been announced yet so we'll wait and see if they will include the unaired pilot as well (Brad Kern was hinting a lot about it)

I watched the unaired pilot a couple of days ago - its identical to the aired pilot except Alyssa Milano is not in it - the character is played by a different actress.
