Any of you readers planning on attending Flashback Weekend in Chicago? I'm driving down on Saturday, but I'm turning around and leaving on Sunday.

They Live and From Beyond (hopefully uncut) will be playing that night.

Nope, I don't really do that. I don't even dress up for Halloween anymore. This is actually the first convention I've ever been to. And I'm going to be there in a professional capacity. Anchor Bay will recognize our site dammit.

I would be going, Gabe, but my brother is coming in later this week from Florida for a short visit...my family always picks the worst times to pay a visit...

I wish I had known about it.  I could have probably crashed at my friend's place in Chicago and gotten him to go along (except for of course, the fact that he is in the process of moving out of Chicago.)
