Great film. It's had the effect on me, with regard to the previous Bond films, that Batman Begins had on the previous 4 Batman films. In that they now seem just relics of a bygone era. Even the Brosnan films feel dated to me now.
The gamble by the producers on Daniel Craig has paid off in spades. No longer can tall, dark haired men in tuxedo's pose or ponce around in front of mirrors with a pretend gun anymore.
Excellent job.

Oh my naive bless poppet, have you learnt nothing while on your travels through DVD land. The DVD of Casino Royale will have totally different art work so that they can redo all the previous Bond's to match it and then re-sell them all over again as the Definative Ultimate Edition a couple of months before the next Bond film comes out. At which point they'll release that film on DVD with different artwork and so on and so on.
What they need to do is make a Bond Collection attache case with space for another 3 or 4 DVD's in it so that it's good for a few more films.
But they won't.
Barring a total box office bomb, which would normally mean the 3rd Bond film that Daniel Craig does, (as the producers will usually stuff it up by then despite having such a brilliant reboot of the series) bringing about a halt to any further Bond films, this series will always be an incomplete collection.

I'm more then ssure that there will be no more DVD editions of the whole Bond set...if any, there will be High Def. release.

Okay, so substitute Blu-Ray/HD-DVD for all the instances I've written DVD
I don't think I'm the poppet you were directing the response at...
19th eh? All the better. At first they said May 22nd, and then now March, which is more realistic anyways, given the shorter and shorter window between releases.

Er no. Quite right. You're a completely 'other' poppet. I think we both know what happened here today so lets say no more about it eh? Schtum. Mum's the, if you no what I'm saying.
