Did he say they'd actually be releasing a set though? I know he said they're releasing the bonus disc and on Newsaskew it says if for some reason you haven't bought the current DVD you'd have to buy it anyways.

Oh wow, that's spectacular. This is why I have respect for Kevin Smith, he really does treat his fans great. I have the original Amy DVD that i bought way back in 2001 from J&SB's Secret Stash in Red Bank, and it's a signed one, so i would've hated to had to replace it with another one. Now I just gotta swap out the case for a 2-disc and I'm good to go. Sweet.

at comic-con kevin smith said there making a two disc criterion next year,  and if you already have it you can buy the bonus disc seperate,thats what he said..

Is the Criterion edition worth improving on? I don't know, I've never seen the movie or the DVD, but I would think that although it's a dirt cheap Criterion, it's still a Criterion.
