Anyone interested to see this Adam Sandler movie. Saw the preview on the "Fun with D**k and Jane" DVD. It would be nice to pause, rewind or even fast forward events/ situations happening around you. This reminds me of "Charmed", where Piper has the ability to freeze time.

Here's the quick preview of the movie...

A workaholic architect, who has been overlooking his family in favor of his career, comes across a universal remote that allows him to perform TiVo-like functions on his life, such as pausing events or fast-forwarding over them. When the remote begins creating its own memory and choosing what to fast-forward over, the man sees how much of his personal life has passed him by and realizes the importance of spending more time with his family.

This movie also stars the HOT Kate Bekinsale as his wife, and Christopher Walken as the inventor.

I´ll probably rent it when it´s on DVD, I´m not a big Adam Sandler fan, though I liked his work on "serious" movies like Punch-Drunk Love or Spanglish.

I do not know if this mean that "Click" is in trouble because they are doing some re-shoots next week or so.

Wasn't this an episode of "Goosebumps"? I remember it, like, this kid finds the remote, and then he freezes time and rewinds and stuff, and in the end Spoiler  his batteries are low and he's trapped somewhere .

Question: Why can't we edit anymore? Is there a time limit now?
Anyways, sorry, my "edited" post.

It's been so long, I remember though, he uses it on a lawnmower. He presses Volume + and it gets louder...
I may be wrong, I'm not sure.

Kind of sounds similar to Butterfly Effect to me...but not really. Either way, I almost guarantee I won't be seeing it in the theaters as I am not a fan of any Sandler movie after Happy Gilmore.
