Constantine Am I the only person that realy love this movie...on IMDB it got 6.5/10 and was totally critisised....so i'm thinking (after watching it again)...is there something wrong with my movie-taste ????????
I think it is the best comic adaptation of all..great climat, good acting..great scenes...all is perfect and well balanced..i think that it is one of the best movies of 2005...

P.S. there are rumors saying that COnstantine II is coming somewhere around 2008

After reading Hellblazer for a few years, I was expecting something a little less...what is the word I'm searching for...boring, yes that's it. Yes, it has an interesting premise, but it's one of the dullest genre films I've seen in the past couple of years.

I loved it...thought it was inventive and fast paced.  Granted I never read the comic (which I heard was a big help if you didn't due to the changes).  Also I'm a sucker for movie with religious themes or conspiracy type stories.  But yes I agree it was one of my favorites of 2005.  Don't know about Constantine 2, it didn't do so well in the theater and I heard it didn't clean  up very well on dvd either.  Only thing I read was that Keanu was in if they decided to do it.

It is a great movie!  It was far better than certain other "successful" comic book films (e.g. Spider-man 2)
