Go to TvShowsOnDVD.com, type in the show name in the search box and you'll find a few episodes were included in some Cartoon Network DVD compilations. There is no news about complete season releases.
You might have better luck pleading your case directly to the Cartoon Network or whoever owns them. But be warned, I've been begging Sony for years to release on DVD the 1966 movie "Birds Do It" starring Soupy Sales, Tab Hunter and the Marquis chimps . Still waiting

Well they're releasing Powerpuff Girls, the entire series...my guess (which is just that, a guess) is that if that sells well enough they'll look at giving Dexter's Lab the same treatment.
Australia has the first season on DVD, yet we don't. That just sucks.
