Difference in ID4 DVDs
I have the 5 Star Collection 2-disc DVD for ID4. What's the difference between this and the rereleased Limited edition? I noticed there's another Special edition in a blue colored slipcase as well. Is tis the same as the Limited edition, just different packaging? In terms of picture, sound quality and supplementary materials, which is more superior?

There is a blue digipak but the features aren't that different from the Five Star Collection, which you and I both have. The Limited Edition has very few special features and it was released to help promote The Day After Tomorrow.

The real cheap DVDs have 5.1 whilst the special editions have DTS.
DTS??
Not Region 1. Only in Australia R4 and probably R2 UK!
Otherwise I would have had that region 1 DTS by now.

I've never seen a Region 1 DTS release.

Well for a start, DTS is 5.1 (or 6.1). As far as I know, none of the R1 releases have included DTS.
Chris, I need a nurse. Would you know of one or two that are for hire? I especially like the one in your signature
