Unfortunately I only have the region 1.

Looked at a few retailer sites and they all suggest that there are no subtitles. Though if you search for easter eggs relating to the UK version they mention a subtitles menu with Spanish as an option - I'm not sure whether this information has simply been copied from the region 1 easter egg instructions.
