I saw it in cinemas. It was a good film. The best scene was first person shooter though. I'd rent it first.
Rent. The only way...
I'm renting it too.....it looks more like something you want to watch at home anyhow.
Doom was okay. I went in not expecting much out of it and got pretty much what I expected. It wasn't quite as ludicrous as some of the video game to movies have been. Overall, quite good entertainment.

Same here. The film wasn't that much of a good movie, but not as bad as Uwe Boll and Paul W.S. Anderson have proved themselves to be.

So the whole movie isn't in the game looking mode then? 1st person shooter like the game? That's the impressionthe trailer gives
No, there's just one scene about 4 minutes long toward the end of the movie that uses the first person aspect.
That'sa bit poo! lol
I liked it.
I enjoyed it, but it was a let down from what I had hoped for. The first person shooter scene was the coolest. I'm glad I went to see it. On a scale of 1-10, (and I love action and special effects) I would give it a 5.
