What kinds of problems are you having?
Okay, go to Folder Hierarchy. Go down and pick what kind of a subfolder that you want in the category (Owned, On Order, Wish List, Work, or Have Seen). You can only do five subfolders at a time, so once your done creating them, press save and five more will come up to make.
At first, they might not show up, so just go to Folder Hierarchy and click save again when they don't show up on your My DVDs column.

Does anyone know how to activate your Sub Folders to view and put DVDs in them. I am having lost of problems.
