demiscy, you own an absolutely (the most) beautiful Amelie set...

My friend in France has now found this set for me and hoping that I will get it very soon. Again it's way more expensive now than when it first came out, the one on eBay is just a bit too expensive!

The Japanese Tin Box looks very similar, a bit different in shape, comes inside w/ a candle, also very nice indeed! The German box just goes on a different colour use of orange!

I intend to own all regional dvd sets of Amelie some day!

Unfortunately eBay doesnt have them all.. do YOU know of a trustworthy website that sells Amelie sets of different region?

To be honest Matt, my english apparently isn't as good as I thought. Wink Outrageous in my mind was the same as saying it's the sickest most shocking box set ever constructed, cause' it seems as though you have to fold it out forever to get to certain discs. I guess we learn new things every day. Thanks for pointing this out. Happy

"Breakable. Flimsy. Poorly constructed" describes it very well Gabe, but this ALWAYS applies to digipack cases IMO. Wink

Yeah same here. Now got the German, and French on the way...but the Jap Box is so hard to find, and the new one that are on ebay is so expensive at $198

The one on Amazon.fr looks different and I'm not sure it's the same one or not.

As for me I didn't get it off Amazon.fr, My friend has a relatives in France and that's how I got a lot of LE from there. You can contact him directly, just e-mail me and I'll put you in contact w/ him!
