I used them heaps of times without problems and spent quite a few dollars but I only noticed problems recently with orders being very late even though they have listed them as being in stock.
It's a shame because when all was ok I would recieve a dvd within 5 working days from ordering if they had stock. Not bad when it went from Canada to Australia. Sounds like they are going bankrupt.
By the way Jonny, another great sig!

Hmmmm...they won Canadian Online Retailer of the Year awards earlier this year at the Canadian DVD Awards.
I wouldn't use them myself though, but then again I don't have to, I live here.

I never used them. I knew they were bad.
I've been hearing some pretty bad things about them recently. My advice is to stay away until things settle down. I removed all links to DVDSoon from DVDAnswers when I starting hearing bad reports a few days ago. It's a shame, I got a lot of DVDs from there over the years. They were slow, but also very cheap, and for a time they were customs-friendly, which made them highly appealing.
DVDSoon.com Issues
Any one had issues? To put it in a nutshell, they have just cancelled their discount card (which had to be purchased in the first palce), changed their billing system and cancelled all orders giving customers a non-refundable credit that only can be used in-store and this credit can only be applied to 25% of each new order!
They are losing customers and there are rumours that they are now going bust.
Any thoughts, ideas, questions? I notice that they hae now dissappeared off the list of "Purchase Region 1 best sellers" list on the bottom left of the frame of the web pages.
