Well, I can´t speak for that movie, but the same thing happens here in Uruguay, mostly with Fox DVD´s, they release them without any extras or they remove most of them.

i just bought the as-i-thought " 12 MONKEYS SPECIAL EDITION " in the EXCLUSIVE BOX (ofcourse Polish Edition)
I payed 13$ for it (and a normal Edition costs like 6$)
and imagine how much was I suprised and then mad when it came out that that so-called EXCLUSIVE EDITION does not contein any Extras...not even a singl eone..nothing..just a film and scen selelction...WHA THE F *** ????????? DAMN you UNIVERSAL..
i'm so sad
..i waited for the SE in Poland..and thi is what I get......where are all teh extras taht are listed all over internet ...where ???????????????
