No, you're not the only one who's got this problem.  I bought a copy from Best Buy earlier today, and I have the same problem you do.  I took it back and exchanged it for another one.  Guess what?  Same problem.  We're not the only ones.  I looked over at Amazon.com, it's more widespread than I thought, which leads me to believe that those morons at Universal's Quality Control, were sleeping on the job, when this snafu occurred.  So, I would warn anyone against buying Jet Li's Fearless: Director's Cut here in the states, until Universal can get its act together.
