In my opinion, as far as legal goes, if there is a big profit to be made, they will reach an agreement.
I would love to see a release of extended versions, considering that they had to remove a lot of material from the source. And I don´t think that JK will oversee the extended versions, considering that IF they shot all of the material, she would know what was on the original script and she approved it, so now it will be a job for the editor or the producer or the director.

I think there will definitely be a repackage, but as for extended versions - I dont think so. Its been too long since the first films and there will be a lot of legal to get through. JK rowling always said she was happy with the films so I doubt now she has finally finished with the series she would want to go back and over see a project she was already satisfied with.
Although I am sure that someone has a press release to prove my theory wrong......

And since Warner Bros. has been doing special packagings for TV shows - The Complete West Wing, Friends, etc. I would also assume that they would have some special Limited Edition Boxed Set Packaging for all the films.
I can almost guarantee it being that all of the other films went out of print early this year.
