I have it. It`s awesome.

From what I can tell it looks like an HD transfer from the 1080 HD transfer used to make the Ultimate Edition DVD and HD DVD's.  Picture quality is about the same though blacks are a tad deeper and there is virtually no compression artifacts from what I can see.  The audio however is awesome, crisp, clean, and booming!

Is anyone aware of the video quality of the Forbidden Planet that has been released on bluray, I have the limited edition DVD and will get this too if the picture is better.
