Jason/His mother was always the lamest of the 3 "Kings" slasher movies. He's just dull. Freddy reigns supreme, followed by Mikey Mike, and then Jason.

Well the thing is though, Freddy is a much more interesting character. He comes to get you in your dreams, where you can't fight him. Michael Myers is just another crazy kid all grown up and killing people. Leatherface is the same, Jason is the same. Ho hum. Freddy was original, so the extra points go to him for me.
If i have a nightmare (im 31) it's always Myers and none of the others that crops up. And i used to watch loads of horror films and still do. there is something about that mask.

Same here!! Freddy & Jason do nothing for me, but Micheal Myers just makes me uncomfortable. That mask stays with me after watching the movies, but it gets really weird because I can watch the rest with no problem...but 1 & 2 I can't watch alone. But it's something about that character that just gets under the skin and makes it creepy as hell! Start checking doors and windows to make sure they're locked. LOL

I think one thing that helps with Myers is the fact that he is never unmasked, except for at the end of the original. Where Freddy doesn't wear a mask, and with the exception of Jason Goes To Hell, Jason is unmasked in all of the others that he is in. It just leaves more to the imagination of what's underneathe there.
Michael is semi-unmasked in H5 for Jamie to draw the comparison that he looks like her. Other than the original and that part in 5, you don't see him. And I'm not a fan of Halloween or anything.

True, but it is so obscured that you can't really tell much. It still leaves a lot to the imagination. Oh, and I can see you aren't a Halloween fan.
