I give more credit to the Futurama/Simpsons tandem, then I do the Family Guy/American Dad duo.

Reason being, Futurama and Simpsons manage to seperate themselves as two different shows, whereas American Dad and Family Guy have the EXACT same set-up as each other, a big stupid dad, a "shouldn't be talking" pet.

Even though The Simpsons aren't NEARLY as funny as it used to be, I still say Cheers for Futurama staying funny and original.

Futurama FTW!
As much as I would like for Futurama to come back on TV I would almost rather have any new episodes be direct to DVD.
It would keep its current "cultism", Matt wouldn't have to worry about what network would pick it up, and we could have direct to boxset releases...
