Greatest American Hero season 2 I just bought The Greatest American Hero Season 2 and there was two disc six although for the second disc six there wasn't a holder it was loose between disc five and the other disc six, I think it was put in by accident when they  put them in the case has does anyone know of  anyone else that has this promble, I wonder if somewhere someone is missing their disc six.
