That sounds like a windows problem rather then a powerDVD one. You probably have to assign privledges to that guest account to access the program.
Help w/ PowerDVD
I am not sure if this is the correct forum, let me know if it is wrong.
I am trying to run PowerDVD on an HP xw8200, Win XP Pro, Nvidia Quadro4 980 XGL, Xeon 3.06GHz
Anyway, it only plays DVD when I am logged in as Administrator. As User, it just shows a black screen then reverts to the PowerDVD splash screen.
Any advice? I am tied to use PowerDVD XP 4.0
