Ok, so the theatrical cut and Extreme Unrated cut are pretty common, those are the two that have been announced on this very site. Theatrical is 101 minutes, and the unrated adds a 2nd disc of extras and some more minutes of uncut footage.
The blu ray unrated version is self-explanitory, only available in unrated version.
That last one, the unrated, 2 disc Special Edition, looks to be a two-pack of both AVP 1 and AVP 2, sort of a boxset.
As for that 2nd one you listed, the normal unrated cut, I have no idea what that is. Early cover art maybe that amazon forgot to take down?

They will all be rubbish from most of the reviews I read. Out of loyalty to Reiko Aylesworth (big 24 fan) and because I'm a fan of the previous films I will at least give it a rent.
