To actually answer the question, I think I recall James Lipton (or someone else) giving an interview about it saying it may not happen. Something about 10 years worth of interviews, permissions from the participants, etc..

You may see a best-of type deal.

My suggestion is you go to universal studios site or NBC's and email them to ask for the entire show on DVD.

I hope you are only interested so you can burn every copy.  That show is ridiculously dull.  I hate listening to actors no matter how talented they are.
