Just a bit of a warning regarding old Universal discs.
Digital Bits are starting to experience faults with their old Universal releases, in which they've simply stopped working.

They're not sure whether the layers have gone bad, or if they're simply not compatible with the newer DVD players.

The only copies that are affected are the original special editions of Apollo 13, Psycho, Vertigo and others.

I've played Psycho which I bought four year ago, a couple of weeks back, and touch wood I've not experienced this problem, but it's something to keep in mind.

Thanks Floyd. This problem has actually been discussed around the net for about a year now. The bits must have just caught on.

Thankfully, my collection seems to still work properly Very Happy

But for the Hitchcock films you won't have to worry, since all the films in the collection have been remastered in anamorphic widescreen.
