Is this going to happen?
An all inclusive extended version incorporating Vol1 and 2 has been promised for a while and never happened.
Does anyone know if it's still in development or why it's been delayed?

I'm sure it will happen. It's a matter of clearing up legal issues and choosing a time for it to be properly exploited.
