Kiss Kiss Bang Bang Commentary Track
I emailed DVDactive editors with this information but I don't know if they are going to post it so I'll post it here.

I work at Blockbuster and we've just gotten our rental copies in for Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang and it does indeed have the apparently rumored commentary track by director Shane Black and stars Robert Downey Jr. and Val Kilmer listed on the back of the packaging. For some reason it doesn't list the featurette. I didn't rent it (next week I will) but I'm gonna guess that the featurette is still included.
