I hope the L.A. Confidential TV pilot (starring Keifer Sutherland) is included.
i ordered a the dvd for cheap
L.A. Confidential was the first DVD I ever bought way back in '97. Still one of my favorites. Ah memories...
Well I wander if they will release it for a 10th Anniversary edition which means NEXT year.  This is a great movie.  Much better than that "boat movie" that won the academy award.
Eh? The existing disc is pretty bloody good. A reasonable number of features, isolated score... Not exactly a bad release compared to a lot of Warner's back catelogue (or a lot of new releases for that matter).
its in the works look for it NExt year
I also hope this will be re-released in a better special edition.
All releases for this were all the same all regions.....
I dont know about over in the UK, but WB did an online chat a while back at the home theater forum where they said sometime next year Wink
L.A. Confidential S.E. release?
I realise that Warner Home Video has already released a 'Special Edition' DVD of this movie, but, to be honest, it was severely lacking, considering that back then, when it was first released, a S.E. meant just a couple of short featurettes.

If you ask me, this is one film crying out for a proper S.E. release in the near future, after all, it is one of the best films of the 90's.

Any word on whether or not there will be one?
