Can anyone advise me as to where I can locate this DVD in the UK as I can't seem to find it anywhere. Thanks!

Columbia Tristar are releasing a new version of the film on the 14th April so it's probably worth waiting for that as I expect it'll contain a few decent extras etc
in region 1 or 2?
thanks!

Apart from the 49 minute documentary, it didn't. Why does the UK (where Python started) get such a shabby deal. The US has all the Flying Circus episodes on DVD and we have to make do with a 3 disc compilation. To be fair that 3 discer (4 if you count the special features disc) probably includes all the best stuff. Python can get tedious at times but it would be nice to have the opportunity to see the episodes as they were intended. After all, the Python's did rather vigorously defend their programme from being edited down and out of context in the US in the 70's but that is what we (the UK) have got to put up with.

By a multi region DVD player I got one on e-bay for under $100 (including s/h) That way you can by Region 1
