Masters Of Horror
Has anybody seen the show Masters Of Horror on Showtime. I just saw the episode Cigarette Burns, directed by John Carpenter and it was scarier than any current Hollywood s**t. I am just freaked out right now, I can't even believe it because I DO NOT scare easily. I enjoy horror, but I have never seen a movie that really affected me, and now this T.V. show has FREAKED ME OUT. If anyone wants something really scary that is no PG-13 Horror, you need to see this. It's the only episode I've seen but I'm definitely going to watch the rest.

I saw one episode about a bus in the woods. Two psychos going ape on everyone. Kinda cheesy but enjoyable and made for adults. Can't wait to see more - especially Miike's effort.
Curses! I don't get showtime but this sounds really good. No good horror movies have been released.
I've passed by it on the guide but never watched it, but now I guess I will sounds great!! But, how long is it? like, is it a full length film or half an hour?
It's an hour long an episode, 13 episodes in all.
Not been impressed at all with Dance of the Dead or Long Widing Road.
They're an hour each and 2 of them will be released on DVD soon, but I'd wait to see if a boxset comes out of all 13 because $14 for one episode is a lot. The two that will be released on DVD are Cigarette Burns and something about a Witch's House.
I really really want to see Dance Of The Dead and all of them

Miike's effort was too scary for Showtime and will not be airing at all.
