missing disc!!
I ordered the X-men 6-disc trilogy set from amazon.co.uk and the fricking movie disc for X-men 2 is missing!! This is the first time this has ever happened to me, any suggestions? The customer service only includes damaged or defective items but no missing items? Help!

Well, of course they'll send you the missing disc. Anything other would be very strange. This has never happened to me. Hope you get the disc real soon. Just contact them and i'm sure they'll help. 
If the goods arrive incomplete it's as good as them being damaged or faulty - they have to send you a replacement copy of the set (although you'll probably have to send the other copy back).

Chris is correct, I had the same thing happen when I ordered Simpsons: Season 6 from Amazon. My copy was missing disc 4, so I contacted Amazon and they told to send back the entire set because they don't replace single discs from box sets.
