Momentum Let the Right One In BD problems
In case anyone was thinking of buying it, the UK disc doesn't have the advertised Master Audio soundtrack and there is an encoding error that shows up in the form of white lines on the screen at one point during the film.

Not the end of the world you say? Perhaps, but I expect more for £18. Does no one QC these things?

It seems this movie will never get the blu-ray release it deserves. I was thinking of grabbing the UK release if it wasn't locked too. Now I'm having second thoughts.

I've contacted Momentum for comment and they have told me that they are looking into it.

I have a similar problem with the recently released Swedish BD of Outlander. There are strange horizontal grey lines in darker scenes. Never seen this before on any disc.

The US release of Let The Right One In was pretty OK though, wasn't it?

Apart from the horrible subtitles.

Hi,

Was going to buy LTROI, can you update here if you hear anything from Momentum.

Is it bad enough to warrant a recall? Or will they just fob us off?

Cheers.

Well I think it's bad enough, but whether they agree is an entirely different matter.
