I'm finally ditching my Monty Python & Mel Brooks video collection. Any help would be greatly appreciated with what DVDs to go for. What region, Edition and so on and so forth.

Out of curiosity what kind of humour does everyone at DVDactive aspire to?

Blimey. Loads of Python versions. Not much coverage of Mel Brooks movies. DVDBeaver is a good place also.
