I plan to buy them in the four R1 box sets and then trash the actual motherboxes and keep the individual cases on my shelf. Have never seen any Bonds other than Goldeneye and Die Another Day, so I'm excited to see them all and in order.
u are kiding ..right ????
u have never ever seen any other Bonds than those 2 ??????
i think you are about the only men in the world that has not seen all Bonds

I havn't seen them all either. There are a lot of them in my opinion that are just not worth watching. Personally, I've seen Goldfinger and all of the Brosnan Bond movies.
Oh, and I'll be getting the r1 sets as I'm in the US

Hey man, lay off. I've got almost an entire century worth of classic cinema to see. If anyone thinks I'm going to waste my time on c**pola like the Bond series before I tackle the classics, they're sadly mistaken. I have priorities and Bond is far from the top.
But...it's BOND!!!
i'm not buying them for the possible exception of Goldeneye, I have the old old one with just producer commentary and cut!
Same here, never watched any Bond films but Die Another Day, Dr. No, and the TV version of Octopussy. I have them on my wishlist though.
unbeleviable
Man, I am slightly stunned as well. Back in the day, I had my massive Bond (James Bond) collection on VHS to include all of them, even the un-official ones like Never Say Never Again, and Casino Royal. I always wished those would get included in the sets as well. Is it to much need everything to match on my shelf?
and MGM even owns the films, it's so stupid
Not anymore!

Just say you ordered the UK ones and the books weren't in there
Well wait now, how big are the books? Maybe some kind person with the time would be able to scan and send £ukasz the pictures of the pages so that he can "have the books". Or perhaps someone already has on a Bond fansite, why not Google it?

But that is not the point...i want to have the..oryginal ones in every of the Bonds.....it might sound stupid but I just want that
...and as for seeing them or viewing.....u can see them here:
http://jamesbond.foxhome.com/
there is a nice Flash presentation of each booklet..which makes me want them more....i just don't know what to do to get them...any help with that R2 UK distributor contact ??

Well then you're just picky
No no, it ain't stupid, it's absolutely rational. Sorry man, I'd help with the contact if I knew, I did look but couldn't find a link, sorry.
By the way, is there any way to print the booklets from the site you gave? I'd print those out and put them in my cases in addition to the originals (single booklets).

I wish the Bond sets were by Bond actor or in order instead of mix and match or each movie available on their own in the USA. Some Bonds aren't worth owning. I have my favorite films while others I don't care to own.
u always can buy single Bonds from UK R2....i would do so, but there is no Polish subtitles, so my dad and bro wouldn't be able to watch them.
can any one pleas tell me how the R2 UK Editions look like ???
and maybe you could post some pics????

I wish the titles of each weren't on the sides of the boxes, that way you can rearrange them in order (although I guess you can still do that, but it won't match up).
Also, the reason they mixed 'em up that way is for sales. Since probably many already own all 4 Brosnan Bond movies, why would they pick up the one volume? Then there's volume 3 which would have Moore's latter appearances and Timothy Dalton's first one. Therefore, people will only shell out for volumes 1 and 2 which have all of Connery's and the beginning of Moore's stint (and Lazenby's only appearance, of course).

there will be 4 availible ways of buying the ne Bond Editions in Poland:
- separetly each Bobd film
- in 4 boxes (like R1)
- in Metal Brifcase: Aluminium Monster Box Set
- in caroon box (the whole collection- but cheeper then the metal one)
and I still wonder what would be the best way to buy them ?????
post how did you or will you buy them ???
at the moment i'm thinking about 4 boxes option..one per month is what I can afford.
