OK tough guys...
...What're some movies that made you cry.

I cry everytime I see Return of the King at the part when the Rohan riders begin their charge. Something about selfless sacrifice relly gets to me.

Myasaki films always make me chock-up, though not exactly 'cry'.

I promise I won't make fun of anyone's story, UNLESS they say they cried at the end of Armageddon, then there will be teasing.

E.T.: The Extra Terrestrial...anyone who doesn't get a lump in their throat when E.T. dies or says goodbye isn't human.

God, I cried everytime I watched that as a kid. My mom would take my hand and say, "Remeber, ET doesn't really die. You saw this last week and he's OK, remember?" And I'd sob and nod my head.

Armageddon made me cry a little (just teasing). Man on Fire made me teary eyed when Spoiler Denzel gave up his life for Dakota.

That happy ending in "While You were Sleeping" made me cry.

I'm sure there are other movies, I can't remember which ones.

Just watched Apollo 13 last night, and I have to confess it still makes me cry at the re-entry scene, even though I know damned well what's gonna happen.

I was a total NASA fan when I was a kid, and I still remember it all happening in real life.  An extraordinary time to be alive.

Life's so tawdry and selfish these days ...

There's only a handful of movies that tug at me. Usually it seems to revolve around music. I didn't care about E.T. dying, but got choked up at the end as John Williams music boomed.

Then there was Braveheart. Nothing until the end - FRRRRREEEEEEEEDOOOOOOOOMMMMMM! and Horners music.

Then this one is funny. I went to see Titanic with a bunch of other macho guy friends when I was 16 or 17 just before the hype, when after the movie we were so choked up we couldn't say anything to eachother. Then we got to the car and starting driving home when I turned on the radio to break the tension and that stupid celine dion song came on. We all started sniffeling and really holding it in then...lol

For the record though, I also cried at Batman & Robin. Watch it, and you'll know why Wink

I have to say that TITANIC, MOULIN ROUGE!, CRUEL INTENTIONS, and THE NOTEBOOK all made me at least teary-eyed. ...Aren't they just so uplifting? lol...I love and seem to be the king of "uplifting" movies. Lol.

O, and I forgot, MY DOG SKIP....my dog died literally right after watching it (which was like 4 years ago) and I haven't watched it since.

Cant remember any movies, but the episode where Colonel Blake dies on his way home, on MASH, brings a tear to the eye.

I remember crying with classics like E.T., Bambi etc. But most recently a few movies that sent down some tears were Grave of the Fireflies and for some odd reason Jerry Maguire.
