pacific 900
my pacific 900 has both green light and red light on at the same time ,cant switch off or open tray ,any help please...\!!!

I assume thats a dvd player. Try pulling the plug and letting it be for 10 minutes, then plug it back in. If that doesnt work, maybe you had a power surge that effected it.
