Yep, really odd. The UK version has DTS on the spine of the box, but if you look at the available languages on the back of the box it simply says Dolby Digital 5.1 and Dolby Surround. Sneaky :-)
UK DVD of 2 has DTS, 3 doesn't.

Which country has the best DVD version of the Pirates of the Caribbean sequels? I have the first one from the US. The other two don't have a DTS track in the US. Where should I order them from?
