It's on Blu-ray in Europe because Warner is distributing it on video there. We ran an announcement for the region B disc back on the 10th of this month.

Paramount is distributing the disc in the U.S./region A and thus far they haven't announced any Blu-ray titles, though one has to assume that this will be one of the first they do bring out along with all of the other titles that were already available on Blu-ray before they went HD exclusive.
