Please Help ID Early SF Movie I've been trying to identify this late 50's SF movie with no luck: A group of astronauts land on a planet. The sun is so intense that if you do not keep yourself in the shadows, you get burned to a crisp. I seem to also remember alien surface rock creatures and a humanoid underground civilization.
I love those cheapo late 50's SF films and I'd appreciate your help

No this was made before Vin Diesel was born. It's a black and white, American late 50's film. The more I try to remember, the more I recall that the alien underground community consisted only of beauty queens. No wonder it's stayed on my brain all these years. Would love to see it again

Nope. I already checked that one out. And it's real bottom barrel SF. And it's not Queen of Outer Space starring Zsa Zsa Gabor (which deserves a DVD release). I also know it isn't Cat-women of the Moon.
