Well, i haven't seen it in 3D, but it's anaglyph 3D, so everything will look red/green and you won't enjoy it as much as you did when watching it in a theater. Thankfully, the standard release version is also included. But i would get the old BD instead as it's probably cheaper now that there's another release out; save some money.
