This is a great, underrated series and I wish that they'd go ahead and release more season sets as it's been a while since the Season One set was released here. I'm pretty sure there were a few seasons released in Canada that weren't released in the U.S., but I also believe those have now gone on moratorium, but who knows, you might be able to find them listed somewhere.
As to R1 releases, there is a box set collecting the complete 1st season with 22 episodes. There are also 6 releases by theme, each single discs, for a total of 36 episodes. I'm not sure how much duplication there is between the season 1 box set and the theme discs
